Terms of service

By working with Localize Sweden, you agree to the following general terms:

Scope of service:
All projects are individually agreed upon via email or written agreement. Services include translation, localization, and/or copywriting.

Pricing & payment:
Quotes are based on word count, content type, and complexity. Invoices are issued upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.
All invoices are issued in EUR, but SEK or USD can be arranged on request.
Standard payment terms are 14 days.

VAT & tax:
Localize Sweden is VAT registered in Sweden.
For EU-based clients with a valid VAT number, reverse charge (Article 44 & 196 of EU VAT Directive) applies – no VAT is added.
For Swedish clients, 25% VAT is added unless exempt.

Delivery & revisions:
Delivery timelines are agreed upon before the project begins. One revision is included unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Confidentiality:
All materials shared are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed or reused in any form.

Cancellations:
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, a partial fee may apply based on the amount of work completed.

Liability:
While we strive for accuracy and quality, Localize Sweden is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered content.
